To Jæren Sparbank it has proven to be very useful to solve time consuming and complex assignments and manual checks.

The solution from Enin is a lot more user friendly than what we have used before. In regards of sustainability we experience that Enin can give us additionsl insights regarding relevant events for manual checks, such as court cases and published media monitoring. In our credit department we use the web portal to monitoring and analyzing in several different ways. It is very easy to use.

Experienced value and time saving

We have not mapped how much time we have saved, but can definitely say that the customer data quality is a lot better, at an earlier stage, than before we started using Enin. Getting the qualitatively and good information for companies this quickly, gives our customers a better customer experience. We get a lot more relevant in our communication and are able to prioritize far better than before.

User experience

The user experience of Enin web portal is very good and is one of the reasons the tool are being used in the extent that is is.
